  • 1 fresh lemon (juice)

  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder

  • 1 tablespoon raw honey

  • 1 cup warm water

  1. Warm one cup of water (do not boil).

  2. Add grated ginger and chopped parsley to the water.

  3. Stir in turmeric powder.

  4. Squeeze in the juice of one fresh lemon.

  5. Add honey and mix well.

  6. Let the drink sit for 5 minutes before consuming.
